Title I - Access to Information About Members of Congress

Sec. 107. Internet Posting of Quarterly Statements of Disbursements of House of Representatives and Senate.

  1. REQUIRING INTERNET POSTING.The Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate shall post the quarterly statements of the disbursements for the operations of the House of Representatives and the Senate, respectively, on the public Internet site of the Office of the Clerk or the Secretary, as appropriate, in a format that is searchable, sortable, and downloadable.




  2. EFFECTIVE DATE.Subsection (a) shall apply with respect to calendar quarters beginning on or after the date of the adoption of this resolution.
