Sec. 101. Definition of Lobbyist
LOBBYIST— The term ‘lobbyist’ means any individual who is employed or retained by a client for financial or other compensation for services that include more than one lobbying contact. Any former covered legislative or executive branch official as defined in the Lobbying Disclosure Act above who is retained by a client for financial or other compensation for services that include more than one lobbying contact shall be considered a lobbyist.
