Sec. 127. Cooperation With the FBI.
Any Federal financial regulatory agency shall cooperate with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies investigating fraud, misrepresentation, and malfeasance with respect to development, advertising, and sale of financial products.

I recommend a including provisions for people who feel they were duped to report it and use statistics to investigate the bad actors. We need this to sell the plan to the people. The history of transactions on these assets will be a telling story. This may be the next new crime series. It should make more than a few insiders tremble.
